Our success is underpinned by our culture and values.

Culture is the heartbeat of our organisation.

We believe that only when we create a diverse, inclusive environment can our people and business operate at full potential. A high-performing workforce with distinct skillsets and backgrounds, our team is united by a culture that nurtures empowerment, agility, collaboration and a forward-thinking mindset.

OUR CULTURE

Acoufelt recognises the importance of supporting our team members during significant life events, including the birth or adoption of a child.

Acoufelt offers parental leave that goes beyond the minimum requirements, providing paid time off, new parents leave and flexibility for all new parents to bond with their children and adjust to their new roles.

We understand that a one size fits all approach to work doesn’t suit everyone’s needs. Acoufelt offers flexible work agreements that allow employees to balance their professional responsibilities with personal commitments.

Whether it’s remote work options, flexible hours or part time work agreements, Acoufelt ensures that its team members can thrive in both their professional and personal lives.

Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected in our recruitment practices. We strive to attract a diverse pool of candidates by using inclusive language in job posting and ensuring a fair and unbiased selection process.

We believe that a diverse workforce not only enriches our culture but also strengthens the ability to serve our customers effectively, globally.

Acoufelt is committed to pay equity, ensuring that all team members are compensated fairly for their contributions. This commitment reflects the company’s values of fairness, equality, and respect for every individual working here.

We value the contributions of our global team and celebrate team achievements through a dedicated reward and recognition scheme. This programme gives a shout out to outstanding performance, innovation, and dedication across all regions.

Whether it’s a team effort on a project, an individual milestone, or exceptional service to our customers, we ensure that achievements do not go unnoticed.

We believe in continuous learning and growth, both individually and as a team. We invest in our team member’s development at every level, providing ongoing opportunities for training, mentorship, and advancement.

At Acoufelt, we’re reimagining how people experience sound in the places they work, learn, and connect. Our design-led acoustic solutions are making spaces more functional, more beautiful, and more sustainable—across Australia, the UK, and the USA.

As our UK presence continues to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the charge on regional strategy and execution. You’ll take full ownership of UK marketing activity, working closely with global teams to ensure consistency, creativity, and commercial impact.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment—someone who’s as comfortable crafting a campaign as they are analysing its results. If you’re driven, agile, and ready to make your mark in a business that values design and purpose, we’d love to meet you.

About the role

This is a standalone, hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for all UK marketing activity. You will lead across product marketing, communications, and promotions, with a core focus on aligning marketing with sales objectives and delivering qualified leads.

The role is designed to grow into a senior marketing leadership position, with plans to build a UK-based marketing team as the business scales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage product web pages, specification sheets, visuals, and collateral
  • Create and execute a content strategy across blog articles, social media, sales enablement materials, and email campaigns as well as case studies
  • Ensure all content is high-quality, on-brand, and tailored to the target audience (e.g. architects, designers, specifiers)
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with commercial priorities, ensuring all campaigns support lead generation and conversion
  • Track and analyse marketing KPIs to inform campaign adjustments and ongoing improvements
  • Plan and coordinate trade shows, industry events, and PR activities with external partners and agencies
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while localising messaging for the UK market
  • Implement and drive the UK Strategic Marketing Programme, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives
  • Support the development and eventual recruitment of a growing UK-based marketing team

About you

You’re a commercially focused, multi-skilled marketer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally within the architecture, interiors, design, or building materials sector. You are comfortable being both strategic and hands-on, and enjoy creating content that not only looks good but delivers results.

You’ll need:

  • Proven success in generating and nurturing leads to support sales teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Practical experience in managing content, social media, events, and digital marketing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress is desirable

Why apply?

This is a rare opportunity to shape the UK marketing function of a fast-growing global business. You’ll have the autonomy to lead, the backing to grow, and the chance to build a high-performing team over time. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Send your CV to hr.uk@acoufelt.com

Acoufelt are always on the hunt for outstanding people to join our global team.
